Alongside my coaching and consultancy, I write about behavioural science, preventative health, holistic wellbeing, and personal transformation. My work includes articles for BRAINZ Magazine, research-informed reflections, and my forthcoming memoir, The Landbouwbelang, exploring identity, community, and belonging.
My interest in transformation began long before my academic studies. At 15, a friend's mother told me something that stayed with me for years: "If you don't seek help, you'll be thinking about the same problems every day for the rest of your life."
Seeking help felt daunting, yet not making a change at all felt even worse. Looking back, that conversation planted the seed for a lifelong exploration of wellbeing, identity, resilience, and the factors that help people create meaningful change.
Today, I combine my background in Health Education and Public Health with holistic approaches and comprehensive tools, to support my clients in creating personal and long lasting shifts.
Before working with Mica I had a deep pattern of mistrust - through the coaching I have seen emotional shifts with this in myself, I am learning to question my patterns a lot more and to question the stories my mind is telling me. I have seen significant improvements in this due to Mica's coaching. After the sessions I felt more confident and empowered in my own abilities.
Through this coaching I have gained increased clarity around my subconscious patterns and this will make me more confident in identifying them going forward. My sessions with mica have results in a large amount of personal growth and empowerment and I'd like to thank her for her time and energy.
