As an energetic practitioner and coach, I am committed to protecting your privacy and the confidentiality of your personal information. I adhere to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which sets out the guidelines for the collection, use, and retention of personal information.

When you provide me with your personal information, such as your name, email address, phone number, and any health-related information, I will only use it for the purposes of providing you with my services and communicating with you about your wellness journey. I will not share your information with any third parties unless required to do so by law.

I have taken the necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal information, including maintaining a secure electronic database and physical storage. I will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide you with my services and as required by law.

In the instance that I make notes on our session together, I ensure you that the notes I make are extremely vague and purely for the purpose of continuity between sessions. This protects you in the instance that I become legally required to pass over information (for example, to mental health services). I do my best to ensure that our sessions can be a safe space for expression without fear of consequence.
